Gabrielė Šapalė became the new Head the People and Culture Team at Acme Grupė
Gabrielė Šapalė has been named the new head of People and Culture at Acme Grupė. She will be responsible for implementing the group’s personnel management strategy, developing innovative human resources management tools, strengthening internal and organisational culture, and forming the corporate image within the company group that is operating in the three Baltic States. In this role she is replacing Aida Kundrotaitė.
Ms Šapalė has been part of the company’s People and Culture Team for almost two years, and has more than 10 years of HR experience at international companies.
“While working in HR at Lithuanian and international companies, I have not only improved HR management practices and strategies, but also accumulated valuable experience in implementing innovations. I am convinced that focusing on innovative HR practices, diversity and the promotion of inclusion helps companies grow and improve. I’m pleased that my contribution has been recognised, and I am very excited to start in my new position,” says Gabrielė Šapalė.
