“Change and a fresh approach help businesses evolve, grow, and improve. I am confident that Raimonda’s addition and experience will strengthen Acme Grupė. Our governance structure aims to give boards greater autonomy and authority, complementing the business experience of the Group’s long-standing managers. I am convinced that both Raimonda’s and Karolis’ experience in Acme Grupė will allow us to ensure the independence of the Board and the continuity of its work,” said Palšis.
