 Job description:

  • Manage Apple product categories by controlling stock flow;
  • Track sales regularly and adjust forecasts;
  • Provide supportive information and analysis to management;
  • Work closely with AVAD Baltic sales and marketing team to balance Apple product supply and demand;

Retail Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, execution and performance in Estonia retail market. Retail Business Development Manager will work with the current major accounts, ensuring the highest possible revenue targets are achieved and develop new accounts as well.

This role is responsible for direct strategic sales relationships with key customers, developing and implementing all sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Deliver growth and revenue targets from a named partner list.
  • Account Management: manage named partners to perform against short and long term company goals.
  • Build a strong business relationship with each customer to grow and develop the business, ensure satisfactory customer service is provided.

Job Summary:

Telco Business Development Manager is responsible for implementing AVAD Baltic’s strategy and ensuring profitable growth of Apple products within Latvian Telco market. The role is responsible for managing relationships with key Telco partners, developing a mutual growth strategy and implementing tactical activities to drive ambitious sales targets. This will require to possess both abilities to influence and collaborate and perform a thorough analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver revenue growth and profitability targets by collaborating and negotiating with the partners to build and execute sales demand generation plans and programmes.
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure excellent customer service is provided.
  • Make sales forecasts, track sales progress and manage inventories, making sure the partners have the correct order backlog in place.
  • Establish and maintain the process of ensuring Apple guidelines for product display, marketing and merchandising are implemented and followed.
  • Establish and maintain the process of training in order to ensure the highest level of product knowledge are maintained within each partners’ staff.
  • Analyse and present business results and market trends regularly.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 3-5 years of proven successful experience in account management, sales or marketing.
  • University diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing or Economics.
  • Understanding of service sectors (preferably Telco) and Apple products would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and execute in a fast-paced demanding environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with senior management level.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written, advantage – fluent in Russian.
