Currently we are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager who has a passion for inspiring in-store sales people to provide premium customer experience and making sure in-store expositions of the brand are in the best shape possible.

As a Field Sales Manager in Latvia, you will be on a mission to develop two key components of Apple‘s in-store customer experience: customer service and product exposition.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Store sales people self-learning initiatives planning and implementation
  • In-store group and individual trainings execution
  • Store Apple sales performance improvement
  • Store sales people engagement programs development
  • Apple in-store merchandising projects coordination and/or execution in the Baltics
  • Building strong partnerships with our key partners

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A solid track record in sales / brand representation field
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging small group or individual trainings
  • In-store merchandising experience or understanding
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Driver‘s license

Salary range: 1400-1800 (EUR,Netto)
